I am from India and have been living in Hamburg with my family since 2015. I have been working in the field of homeopathy since 2010 and have experience in both hospital and practice settings. I have extensive intercultural experience and speak seven languages: German, English, Portuguese, Hindi, Konkani, Kannada, and Tulu.
Training as a Master of Homeopathy
In India, I studied at the renowned Father Muller College of Rajiv Gandhi University, specializing in Internal Medicine. During my studies, I gained extensive knowledge in anatomy, physiology, surgery, and obstetrics. Upon completion of my nearly nine-year education in India, I earned Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees. In India, this education is considered an equivalent medical degree, with only the treatment methods differing from conventional medicine. I have been licensed as a Heilpraktikerin in Germany since 2018.
Many years of professional practice and university lecturer
In 2013, I opened my own practice in Goa, India. To this day, I manage a multi-person practice team there. Additionally, I completed further training in India as a Wellness Consultant. I taught as a lecturer at the University of Goa and today I am part of the faculty at the School of Homeopathy (SdH) in Hamburg. Since 2018, I have been treating my patients in an Altona practice in the artist's courtyard at "Bernstorffstraße 117".

Ever since I became a mother (2018), breastfeeding has fascinated me incredibly. I am now a trained breastfeeding counselor (ACLP) and love combining breastfeeding counseling with homeopathy.

This interview is so well-timed. I have placenta remedies awaiting considerably more trituration and potentiation for each of my 4 children. My 6-year-old in particular has been expressing a need for a remedy to help with her sense of lacking maternal love due to her breastfeeding journey ending earlier than intended, because of an oral injury (at 3 years and 8 months instead of past 4 years like her brothers), and during a post-miscarriage (rainbow) pregnancy, and she didn't get to tandem feed with her sister. I may get the opportunity to compare her response to Lac humanum from my homeopathic pharmacy in Australia versus Lac humanum made from my milk, as Alize recommends.
I also experience waves of realization regarding the persistent impact of generational trauma. My children and I identify with our First Nations heritage, and four generations before me, my Great-Great Grandmother was stolen from her family and taken to a Girls Training Home.
