My confidence in the future (living in a nursing home) would be greater. More serenity and inner peace would, just as an example, be a very positive outcome... from which everyone (residents and care staff) would benefit.
The soul hurts, and this pain is far greater than any physical pain. Understand now why even strong painkillers (morphine) often don't help...
