After studying medicine at the Universities of Tübingen, Saarbrücken, Vienna, and Lübeck, I successfully completed my degree in 1976. This was followed by a versatile residency period, during which I gained experience in surgery, internal medicine, tropical medicine, and gynecology and obstetrics. My work as a development worker eventually led me to Tanzania, where I worked from 1980 to 1982 at the District Hospital in Nzega and the Mission Hospital in Ndanda.
After my return to Germany, I continued my further training. From 1982 to 1985, I worked in internal medicine in Dinslaken. Subsequently, from 1985 to 1987, I specialized in the gastrointestinal tract and gastroenterology in St. Andreasberg/Harz.
From 1987 to 1990, I worked at the Rheumatology Clinic in Bad Bramstedt, near Hamburg, where I earned diplomas in neural therapy, acupuncture, and naturopathy. My expertise was further enhanced by certifications in homeopathy, social medicine, rehabilitation, and physical therapy. Ultimately, I became a specialist in internal medicine and rheumatology.
From 1991 to 1996, I had the honor of serving as Head Physician in Ortenberg-Selters in the medical service of the LVA (DRV) Hessen. Subsequently, from 1997 to 1998, I was a Senior Physician at Klinik Sonnenblick in Marburg. From 1998 to 2010, I led the internal medicine department of the Kinzigtal-Klinik in Bad Soden-Salmünster.
My areas of focus are internal medicine, rheumatology, homeopathy, and social medicine. Additionally, I have established a reputation as a course instructor for neural therapy, acupuncture, homeopathy, kinesiology, EMDR, mental therapy techniques, and homeo-kinesiology. I possess further training authorization in internal medicine, homeopathy, and social medicine.
