Tip: A new approach to understanding AI that is thought-provoking.

  1. I was so looking forward to a conversation with Dr. Abermann. His lectures on polychrests are so interesting and helpful. And then... he spoke for over an hour about AI. I understand that he is looking for ways to generate enthusiasm for homeopathy among students, but is it the right way?
Saying we don't need books anymore is a huge exaggeration. How are we supposed to learn from Burnett, Allen, Nash, etc… with an AI summary? I treat animals, and I still use my valuable books. You need multiple repertories and materia medica; yes, it's sometimes tedious, but with every case, you learn something for the next one.
I see the problem elsewhere: From school to university, young people are not educated to think for themselves, take responsibility for themselves, stand up for something, and not believe pre-digested material. Homeopathy is not convenient to learn and practice, whether with or without AI. Should the next generation of homeopaths become just as unempathetic as medical doctors? Then AI would be the optimal path.

    1. Dear Eva,
You misunderstood me: I am convinced that we will continue to need good homeopathic books, but we should use AI to help young homeopaths where they often fail with homeopathy, for example, when searching for suitable rubrics for specific patient statements or when suggesting remedies and confirmation questions. The empathetic conversation will remain the prerequisite and core of our uniquely human ability, which AI is unlikely to be able to replace, or at least not quickly.
      Best regards, Christoph

Do you have a recommended repertory program in German? Petra

  3. Thank you for this interview.
The topic interests me very much. I have already recognized the many possibilities through the use of AI.
An AI program solely for homeopaths will be a great help.
I would like training on the use of AI in a healing practice. Best regards, Gosia

  4. Very interesting and insightful. It motivates me to work with it.
