You can find our online member area at https://academy.mathiasberner.de/. You can log in there. Your username is the email address you provided when purchasing the package. Your password should have been sent to you via email shortly after payment was received. See also 1.) and 2.)

The packages will always be unlocked precisely for the email address you provide with each purchase. Is it possible that you provided a different email address with your purchase than the one you are logged in with? Please check this and, if necessary, look under your other email address to see if you can find the course there.

Furthermore, there are now two Academies: The Mathias Berner Academy and the United To Heal Academy. Typically, the major homeopathy congresses take place twice a year at United to Heal, while at the Mathias Berner Academy OOnline courses, Webinars and Summits instead.

Click on „Forgot password“ and enter your email address in the newly appeared white fielde, which that you specified when purchasing your package, Then click on the yellow field „New password.“ An email will be sent to you containing a link to a website. Open this link. Now you can create a new password for yourself. To do this, enter your new password in the top white field („New password“) and repeat it in the bottom white field („Confirm password“). • OperaClick on „Go to all browser settings“ in the bar → now select the topic “Privacy & Security“ → click on „Clear browser data“, check the boxes for „Browser history“, „Cookies and other site data“, „Cached images and files“, and click on „Clear data“
